Spring Registration	Opens early Dec and closes Mid to late January, or upon age group waitlist
Coach Teams Holds Due	Email to age group commissioner as soon as coach registers
USA Baseball	All adults inside the fence are required to do background check and coach certifications
Coach Meeting	Mid February
Practices begin	Mid February
Uniforms ordered by	As soon as teams are formed
Opening Weekend	Friday March 14 date is subject to change
Picture Day	Mid to Late April
Rec All Star Tryouts	Usually Mid to Late April, get with age group commissioner
End of Season HVABSA Rec Tourney	Usually 3rd weekend in May
All Star Tournaments	Memorial Day Weekend through End of June, (determined by All Star coach)
