After USA Baseball launched BASE (Baseball Athlete Safety Education) in 2018, its immediate goal was to connect with essential organizations like Highland Village Area Baseball & Softball Association to support the charge to protect all minor athletes from abuse. We are thrilled to be working with HVABSA to achieve this goal and create a positive and fun environment for minor athletes to play baseball and softball.
